30-day window
You can return any unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
How to start
- Email us through the contact page with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address for your region.
- Ship the parcel back and keep your tracking number.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Return the original item and place a new order — that's the fastest way to get the size you want before it sells out. Check the size guide first.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.
